Archival Destruction
Records being stored at The DocuTeam are tracked based on your retention schedule. As they reach the end of their retention requirements we notify you, obtain approval to destroy, and then completely destroy your records on-site. Don't pay for storage any longer than you have to.

Small Document Container
Specifications: 9 Gallon capacity - 16.75" x 12" x 13.25". Holds approximately 25 lbs. of paper.
This container is used only in conjunction with a rolling bin or with multiple cabinets at a location. It is ideal for office use beside a photocopier, individual offices or fax machine for disposal of confidential documents.

Medium Sized Cabinet
Specifications: 15 1/2" x 15 1/2" x 30". Holds approximately 65 lbs. of paper.
This container is a good medium size bin and may fit under counters or into tight spaces.

Large Sized Cabinet
Specifications: 22 3/4" x 15 3/4" x 36". Holds approximately 100 lbs. of paper.
This container is slim but wide so it will not block isles and holds a large quantity of documents.

Rolling Secure Bin
Specifications: 65 Gallons, 29.5" x 23.25"x 40.25" tall. Holds approximately 200-225 lbs. of paper.
This locking container holds approximately 200-225 lbs. of paper with 12" rubberized wheels for easy, quiet operation.
