The DocuTeam's facility is a 22,000 square foot, stand alone steel building, which is protected by a metal fence. The building is climate-controlled and meets all city and county fire codes. We have installed a superior shelving system with cross-braced beams between each shelf and each row.

All rows are bolted into the ground, and each rack is equipped with both overhead and in-rack sprinklers. Our facility receives bi-monthly treatments from a local pest control company. Our facility meets all medical records storage requirements required by the state and is HIPAA Compliant.
We respect the role we play in the security of your company's information. Therefore we use only proven methods of document storage and retention; and have designed policies, procedures and training programs to insure accuracy and security.
